Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data SCW-GROUP ("we") collects when you use the website scw.az, the control panel panel.scw.az and the SCW-GROUP mobile app, and how we use and protect it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, first and last name, password (stored only as a salted hash).
Sign-in with Google, GitHub, Yandex or LinkedIn: we receive only your email address and name from the provider. We never receive or store your provider password.
Service data: the hosting plans, domains, sites, databases, files and backups you create, support tickets and their messages, balance and payment history.
Technical data: IP address, browser/app type, device label, timestamps and security logs; push-notification token if you allow notifications in the app.

2. How we use it

to create and secure your account and to provide the hosting services you ordered;
to process payments and send service notifications (renewals, billing, security);
to answer support requests;
to prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: payment providers (card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by us), email and push delivery, Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/security) and our hosting infrastructure. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are hashed, sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to authorised staff.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. After deletion we remove or anonymise it, except records we must keep for accounting, security or legal reasons.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for sign-in, security and language selection, plus basic analytics on the public website.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, disconnect a social sign-in method, and withdraw consent (for example, disable push notifications) at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Support section of the panel at https://panel.scw.az.

8. Children

The service is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the panel.
